Requirements:
- Male/Female with max age 30 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Accounting
- Good knowledge in basic accounting and finance procedure
- Good understanding in billing process and having experience in maintain a good relationship with bank and financial institution
- Experience in using Financial Information System,
- Good performance, interpersonal and communication skill
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadline
- Self-starter, dynamic and highly motivated individual who is able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing to be placed in Cibitung – Bekasi or in Jakarta Area
Finance & Accounting Asst Manager (Jakarta Raya – Bekasi, Cibitung, jakarta)
Requirements:
- Female with max age 38 years old
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting or Finance. Master Degree will be preferred
- Deep understanding in Accounting report, operational Finance, Cash Flow Management, Financial Projection
- Good experience in handling taxation
- Experience in using Financial integrated System or ERP is preferable
- Have good numerical ability, analytical thinking, and logic of verbal
- Good performance, interpersonal and communication skill
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadline

Requirements:
- Proven record as a contributory member to senior management team with the ability to lead and work alongside an existing accounting team
- Male/ Female with max age 45 years old
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Accounting or Finance. Master Degree will be preferred
- Minimum 10 years experience, with at least 5 years of supervisory role
- Must be familiar with local best practices, eg. in accounting, internal audit, taxation, accounting, investor relations, corporate reporting, and legal
- Financial Knowledge: M&A, IPO, securities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must. Mandarin is a plus
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership & communications, and strong problem-solving skills
Finance Operation Manager (Jakarta Raya – Bekasi, Cibitung, jakarta)
Requirements:
- Male/ Female with max age 40 years old
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Accounting or Finance. Master Degree will be preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience, with at least 3years of supervisory role
- Having experience in restaurant business will be preferred.
- Having experience in handling Finance, Accounting, Purchasing & Operation
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must. Mandarin is a plus

Requirements:
- Female/male, max age 40 years old
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Architecture / Civil Engineering from reputable university.
- Having minimum 5 years in handling project for construction Industry.
- High-rise building is preferred.
- Understand the detail of Technical Drawing and deep understanding in material Knowledge.
- Good in project budget analysis
- Having experience in handling cost calculation
- Having experience inpreparing contract and tender including BQ
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Autocad) People management & project skill
- Willing to work at weekend and overtime

- Understand the detail of Technical drawing and deep understanding in material knowledge

Requirements:
- Male/female, max age 40 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering, min GPA 2.75
- Mastering MS Office application programs computer literate
- Have the ability to analyze and good communication
- Able to work quickly and accurately

QUALITY SURVEYOR MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL (Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
- Female/male, max age 40 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring in Civil Engineering
- Min 3 years experience in contracting/conctruction comp as QS mechanical electrical
- Computer literate (microsoft office, autocad)
- Willing to work at weekend and overtime
- Computer Literate.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang – Bekasi or Jakarta area
Project Management (Jakarta Raya – Cikarang, Bekasi, Jakarta)
Requirements:
- Femalemax age 40 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring in Architecture/ Civil Engineering from reputable university
- Min 2 years experience in handling administration field for project administration
- Strong in cordination administration and reporting skill
- Having a good coordination with related parties for completion of responsibility, used to follow up documentation and provide reporting regarding status of works
- Computer literate (microsoft office, autocad)
- Willing to work at weekend and overtime
- Computer Literate.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang – Bekasi or Jakarta area
