1. Relationship Manager (Funding & Lending) Code : RM (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

To make loan proposal from customer by performing analysis of potential customer feasibility study in the credit process applied.
To build and maintain a good relationship with the customer
To manage all documents related to customer loan including for extension proposal or renewal loan proposal
Able to develop new prospective customers to make periodic report to the Branch Manager regarding to Funding & Lending activities and to target achievement stipulated.
To monitor customer business and handle the adminitsration.
To sell the Funding & Lending Products
To analyze and give advise to the Business/Product Development Program

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (with minimum GPA 2.75 from scale 4.00)
Good communication in English (Hokian or Mandarin will be an advantage)
Good knowledge of credit policy and Forex
2 years minimum experience in SME or Retail Banking
Maximum 35 years of age
Agressive and active, target oriented, hard working, able to work under pressure, highly motivated
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Marketing and networking excellence
Have knowledge about trade service/finance transaction is prefferable

2. Compliance Department Head (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible to ensure general compliance responsibilities with prevailing laws and regulations and also report to Compliance Director. Monitoring the BI reporting and involve into the socialization of Compliance Culture Implementation (KYC, Bank’s Risk Apetite, GCG, etc). The job holder would also be responsible to liaise with officers and follow up for respective audit comments. The candidate should be a contact point for responding Compliance Issues and also be the Compliance Representative for other employees.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (with minimum GPA 2.75 from scale 4.00)
Good communication skills in English, both oral and written
7 years minimum experience in relevant position
BSMR Certificate Level 3
Maximum 40 years of age
PC literate, high integrity and have a good analytical skill
Hard working, able to work under pressure, highly motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team
Good personality and presentation skill
