Data Center Shift Supervisor (Jabodetabek, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Bandung, Semarang, Solo, Yogyakarta, Denpasar, Aceh, Makasar, Surabaya)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in coordinating data center operators.
• Responsible for maintenance & executing data center infrastructure including operating system and related applications
• Responsible for supporting request management, patch management, capacity management, up time management, standard service level, troubleshooting and any issues related to data center day to day operation.
Requirements:
• Willing to work over shifts hours.
• Hold a bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Information System or related from reputable universities.
• Preferably Male, maximum 33 years old
• At least 5 years experience in related field in banking especially in leading a team.
• Knowledge of datacenter operating procedure
• Knowledge of IBM OS 400, Windows, Linux/Unix
• Knowledge of system application
• Active in English written and verbal.
